I’d love one! Hoola hooping alone is great excercise, I’d love to try a weighted one!
I have heard of these before but never seen them being used. Can I just mention that Myra in the video look amazing!! And I am pretty sure my boyfriend wouldn’t mind me learning how to move like her and get fit at the same time. I would love to try one!

Like … I have a 1.2 kg one and are heaps easy to use … I put my iPod on with fast tempo songs and hula for 35 to 45 min ☺. Love it so much fun
