I'm loving my hoop, but I can only spin to the right - every time I try to spin to the left, it drops after about the third spin. Any hints? After three weeks of hooping 10-20 mins 4-5 times a week, I'm seeing some results already, which is encouraging me to keep going but would love to put a bit of variety into the workout. I also have arm hoops, they go a bit wayward if I'm not careful but already I feel like my arms are getting stronger. :)

I'm considering buy a fithoop and want to know how big the package it comes in is. I need to get it delivered to work but if it's huge then I won't be able to get it back home.

Any ideas on dimensions would be great!

I received my fithoop 2 weeks ago. I reckon this is by far the best friend/work out for me in years, only 5 to 10 minutes twice a day. I'm in my 50's and for the first time I feel I could actually control my weight rather than the weight took over me! Thanks fithoop, my big- circle-girl friend.

Starting to like the fit hoop more now, that I can keep it up longer than 3 seconds! Still hurts but feel like its working. Like the workout dvd. Not sure if 1.5kg was the way to go? Going to do the workout dvd 2-3 times per week and see what happens to me. J

Just got my 1.5kg weighted hula hoop. Man it is a workout, I have a 700gram hula hoop and it isn't as comfy as this and doesn't give the same work out. Loving it!

Just got my hoop this monday & I love it! I think I over did it coz it was really comfortable so I did an hour session just fine today but now it hurts quite a bit. Should I keep it at 10 -20 mins for the first few weeks to avoid the pains?

I've had the fithoop for about 6 weeks now and I can do it now! whoohoo, it took a few weeks of doing everyday before it seemed to 'click'. One bit of advice I got was to try and relax and breathe whilst doing it. That worked. I love the fithoop and I take it every where. I feel weird if I haven't done it for a few days. It is the quickest way that I have ever reached the old 'runners high' in an exercise and with NO IMPACT. Thank you. I have lost weight and centimeters off my body and I have baby abs.

6 pack here I come, abs that is, not beer!

My family are all very into health and fitness, my sister heard about the fithoop and wanted one. Bought her one for Christmas. The whole family wanted a turn including my father, a sports physician who is extremely fit. this was actually hilarious to watch as he was intent that he would 'master' the fithoop. Now that I've moved out no longer have access to it So have just purchased one for myself. Think it's a great idea and great fun for all ages and genders! I love to add this into my daily routine of cardio and weights. I did initially get some bruising as I probably over did it at first, however have no problems with it now. Love it! And can't wait to get mine
