Getting started

You may be surprised

You may be surprised to find you can get your fithoop in motion on your first try. The weight in the hoop and larger diameter make the fithoop much easier to use than children’s lightweight hoops.

It’s very important that you only use your fithoop for 2-5 minutes on your first session!
You may experience some muscle soreness and possibly bruising on your first few sessions.

To assemble your fithoop:

  1. Take one section and hold down the button using your thumb
  2. Push into adjoining section until you hear the button click into place
  3. Test each joint by pulling the two sections away from each other

To disassemble:

  1. Using your thumb, press down firmly on the printed button marking
  2. Pull the two sections away from each other
