Can I return my fithoop?
We know you’ll love your fithoop as much as we do as as such we do not offer refunds for change of mind. If your fithoop is damaged on arrival or if any damage occurs within the first 30 days after receipt please contact us straight away and we’ll get a new fithoop (or replacement piece) out to you as soon as possible.
fithoop reserves the right to determine whether a product is faulty and conduct a production and quality check. If deemed faulty by fithoop a new fithoop or replacement piece will be shipped where possible subject to stock availability.
Please note:
- fithoop will not be held responsible if there is a delay in delivery.
- Customers will be responsible for the return shipping and handling charge.
- For faulty or damaged goods, please include a copy of your postage receipt. If the product is deemed faulty after review we will then credit the cost of postage back to you.
- In the event that your product is lost in transit, fithoop will not be held liable and therefore recommends that you send all returns via Register Post.
- We ask that you allow 7 business days from the day your return your package for your account to be credited.
